Kit Goldstein has been composing and writing lyrics for musical theater since 1998. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Union College, in Schenectady, NY, and a graduate of the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Writing Workshop in NYC. Her original musicals have been performed by the Schenectady Theater for Children, the Niskayuna Acting Troupe, and the Union College Mountebanks. She has had shorter pieces performed at Woodstock Byrdcliffe Theater in Woodstock, NY, and the Golden Fleece Ltd's Composer's Chamber Theater in NYC. In Spring 2010 her new musical The Giant Hoax will be performed by the Schenectady Theater for Children at local elementary schools.
